about the road in life they will travel. Each generation has been called upon to assist its young people into becoming adults. Rites of Passage was a vision of Pastor Willie F. Wilson for boys and girls under the Orita Youth Program. The female rites of passage started in 1984 with 40 girls completing a two-day weekend training. Over the last 30 years, The Womanhood Training Program has expanded to a two year program which begins with 72 hours of extensive weekend teaching; and over 150 hours of training and enrichment that continues throughout the two-year cycle.<\/p>\n
