Program goals introduce and reinforce among WHT Initiates and Candidates spiritual, mental and physical principles from an African and African-American cultural perspectives through a series of structured learning experiences. Initiates and Candidates will develop a high level of self-awareness, self-confidence, self-respect, and self-reliance that will enable them to successfully navigate within the greater society and to take advantage of both the challenges and opportunities it presents to young women of African descent.
